Hey! I’m Vesna Kuzmic, an actress with Slovenian and Serbian roots. I was born in Yugoslavia, grew up in Slovenia, studied in Russia, and now I’m based in Madrid. Movement and change have always been part of who I am.
I speak Slovenian, English, Serbian, and Russian, and I’m getting there with Spanish (French is hanging in there too). Each language opens a new little window inside me, a different rhythm, humor, or way of feeling things. Living in different countries made me see life from all sorts of angles, it expanded my world, but also made me look deeper into myself.
Acting feels similar to that. Every role has its own world, its own language. For me, acting has always been about letting a different life express itself through me and in that way becoming someone else.

I believe storytelling, beyond entertaining, has a great power to heal. It lifts the soul and reminds us what it means to be human. Through my work, I try to bring a bit more empathy and understanding into the world. And honestly, I just love the process itself — creating, exploring, and collaborating with others. Being on set or on stage, surrounded by people who share that same spark, is always such a rich and fun experience.
